We are the largest online retailer of fires and fireplaces in the UK. All of our vans are fitted with straps and blankets to take extra care of fragile items, unlike other companies that send the items to multiple warehouses, we keep it safe and just use one. This means much less chance of your items being damaged in transit. We also make sure that all of our drivers are trained in handling fragile items, and because they work in teams of two, there are no problems with bulky items.

Most of our products are very heavy items that our drivers will carefully place in your house and selected room. This is better than other courier services, who are more likely to leave the items outside. We give you time to inspect your delivery, so you can confirm that you are happy with everything, whereas other couriers rush you to sign, giving you no chance to check.

Another advantage of our two man delivery service is that we will give you a specific date and time for delivery, and always ring you to confirm. This will help you to save all that time waiting around that you will experience from other couriers who often have you waiting from 8am - 6pm.
